In the use of multi-column packaging machine, the following two points need special attention:
1. After the host runs, observe the change of the reference in the reference setting bar of the human-machine interface. When observing the actual cursor interface display punctuation normal point, if the actual cursor points to to be on the top of the horizontal sealing belt when the photoelectric head forward (the actual cursor point offset much of the photoelectric head move), the cursor will move down, to observe the interface display, until the interface display and actual cursor is normal. 2.In the process of operation, if it is found that the interface displays positive calibration and normal conversion and the positive repair time is longer than the normal time, the bag length is shorter, and the bag length should be adjusted longer. On the contrary, if the interface displays negative calibration and normal conversion and negative repair time, the bag length is longer, and the bag length should be adjusted shorter If the direct change from positive repair to negative repair occurs, it indicates that the speed of the reference motor is too fast, and the speed of the reference motor should be slowed down (the numerical change of the reference correction).
